What payment methods do you accept? In-store, we accept cash, debit, Visa, MasterCard, and Discover. Online purchases are completed securely through PayPal, including guest checkout. Layaway payments can also be made through MobilePawn, but the final payment must be completed in person.
How does layaway work at Casa Pawn? Layaway lets you secure an item today and pay over time with 0% interest. Most items require a 10% down payment, and you’ll typically have 90 days to pay it off, with minimum payments due every 30 days. Once the item is paid in full, you can pick it up and take it home.
Do you charge interest or hidden fees on layaway? No. Casa Pawn offers 0% interest layaway with no hidden fees. You only pay the price of the item.
Will I receive reminders for my layaway payments? Yes. We send text message reminders and MobilePawn app notifications when your layaway is coming due. Be sure your contact information is up to date so you don’t miss a payment.
Can I make layaway payments after hours? Yes. You can make payments anytime through the MobilePawn app. You will need to call during business hours to activate your account.
Can someone else make a payment or pick up my layaway? Anyone can make a payment on your layaway. However, for your protection and security, only the original customer who started the layaway can pick up the item once it is paid off.
Do I need good credit to use layaway? No. Layaway does not require credit. It’s a simple way to pay over time without financing or interest.
