Final loan amounts or purchase offers are determined in-store at Casa Pawn’s discretion.

4. MobilePawn Application (Operated by Bravo)

Casa Pawn utilizes the MobilePawn application, which is operated and maintained by Bravo Store Systems.

Use of the MobilePawn app may also be subject to Bravo Store Systems’ separate terms and privacy policies.

Casa Pawn does not control the technical operation of the MobilePawn platform and is not responsible for:

App outages or technical errors
Data transmission issues
Platform security controls managed by Bravo
Updates or changes made by the software provider

Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials.

5. Online Sales Through Buya

Casa Pawn does not sell items directly through this website.

Online purchases of Casa Pawn inventory are conducted exclusively through Buya and are subject to Buya’s terms, policies, and conditions.

Casa Pawn is not responsible for the operation, policies, or technical functionality of third-party platforms.

Our website may also contain links to third-party services or platforms. Casa Pawn is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external websites.
